What is it called, when the brainstem jerks, the upper lip, buccal nerves?

and extremities buzz. I had a leg wth the Saphenous vein infected, and at four in the morning the leg started thumping and the upper lip, the brain stem and hand and feet started buzzin. I can only describe it as an electric shock. I called an ambulance in Myrtle Beach and the ambulance driver was furious, said what could possible be wrong that you would get me up at four in the morning. I said my Saphenous vein had just started thumping, and my head was starting to buzz, he said, oh so you leg went to the head. He started to put in an IV in my hand, and I said those roll, could you go to the elbow, And he said I went to school for this, and stuck the needle in the base of my thumb. He started to stick nitro under my tongue and I said nitro make me projectile vomit. I thought surely they would appreciate not cleaning up the ambulance. After I left. Then I refused Aspirin, I have ulcers and had to get two pints of blood the last time I took them. He asked what I was alergic to and I told him and he announced it along with the nitro and Aspirin in the ER. Louder than called for.

I felt he could have had a couple hours in Charm school. I am 76 and did not feel I could lose a leg. Losing my eyesight is enough.Thumping is always a bad sign. I managed to get Bactrim for the leg. I have a speech block and the nurse taking the history asked if I always had to stop and think to remember, and I replied I had a speech impediment, but could sing. There are three million of us in the US and I have gone to the meetings. Why is it that people who should know better think we must be stupid and feel free to make fun. And why doesn't Myrtle Beach have an ambulance crew that works on midnight shift. I have degeneration of the macula, blind in one eye, hopefully gettng shots in the right eye to try to save it. Old age is really not that bad until you come accross some jerky person. I am tempted to write a letter to the newspaper. But maybe he and his wife had a fight he was having a bad day, still I think there is no excuse for rudeness.
