or dose this only apply to various finger sizes

    These two variables have a non-correlational relationship. In other words, one has absolutely NO effect on the other. It simply cannot be proven by any method, including a mathematical equation.

    Ummm, your intelligence has no correlation to your feet or fingers, if anything, it's the genetics you were born with. For example, Stephen Hawkings, a man who studies the sub-atomic universe and is super intelligent, is paralyzed. So to answer your question, no!
