I'm 16 5'5 5'6 204 pounds and I was wondering what I can do to lose weight so I can go to the military I have PE im a junior so I have a gym but only 55 mins a day please help me.

Fewer carbs, more lean protein, veggies, no sugar, not even sweet fruits

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

Exercise. Go walking/jogging. Chase a soccerball around. Lift some weights - more reps than amount of weight. And watch what you eat. No more sugar. Takes about 6 months to de-condition from sugar.

try not to eat processed food, corn-fed meat, or fast food.
stick to a healthy diet such as fruits, salads, and sandwiches on wheat bread with no fatty sauces such as mayonnaise and ranch.
do a lot of cardio exercises
go running every day
do abdominal exercises

if you can afford it, go to the gym or enroll in a gym class session. if not, just run, run, run, lift weights, and do pushups. if you have a friend who is into working out, work out with him
