    One word - tradition.

There are so many things we do today that can only be explained as "tradition."

Why do we even go and visit their graves? I don't want to go. But will I? Yes I will. Why? Because it's tradition.

There are 364 other days where you can give flowers to people who still live. All saint's is a day where we can all pay our respects to our departed loved ones.

Most Filipino men are bad dads, but it's not healthy to hold a grudge against someone who is already dead.

Oh dear. Perhaps you have forgotten that, during your funeral, when they lower you into the ground, many in their time of sorrow will drop flowers on you.
