I'd been taking vitamin B6 (I suspected that I had a luteal phase defect and read that B6 could help with progesterone levels during implantation), and my progesterone was still just under 15. I took progesterone for the remainder of my first trimester. I'm now heading into my 3rd trimester and expecting a very active little girl.

I don't know what the normal levels are but progesterone can be a bit tricky as it causes bleeding,etc. If your on tablets and your dr isn't concerned i would say there is nothing to worry about. Ive heard people say they had to have progesterone shots with their pregnancy and it was all fine.
