Did the Tea Party go global like the OWS is?

By definition the Tea Party was formed by people that believe in the constitution of the United States which is a limited Federal Government and individual freedom. This would not apply outside of America.

Will the OWS have an politicians elected?

Global cheerleading clinics, while certainly impressive, aren't really the sort of thing that makes a difference.

The Tea Party may not either in the long run, but they definitely shook things up for a while in the real world.

No. TEA is home grown. The OWS is brought to you by the Letter L. The same letter that brought us the wonders of the WTO protests. The Nuke Freeze protest, the Bush ranch protests. The same letter L who's mom's and dad's brought us 1967/68 and 1972 riots. Same letter. Different times.

The letter L used to be called. The International Revolution by Stalin and Trotsky.

OWS is global because there are morons all over the planet.

Ironically, on another point, the original tea party actually illegally trespassed and stole the tea they dumped in the harbor to protest unfair taxes and corporate monopoly.

Modern day tea partiers don't have that kind of passion. I don't know why they chose that tag.

That would make absolutely no sense. The tea party is about returning to the US constitution.

On the other hand, at least they are consistent. The various protests you are talking about and attribute to OWS (Occupy Wall Street) are a confused bunch of people all making impossible and contradictory demands. No two of them could even tell you what they want and get their story straight. It's a shame too because some of them have some valid complaints but the vast majority of them are clueless.
