How to reform the UN system and reasons for the change?

I'm fine with the way it works. Countries with real world power are on the security council permanently, little counties get to voice their opinions, and no state actually concedes real world power (unless they never had any anyways).

I think many conservatives would prefer it to be the boogeyman of their dreams,but the fact is the UN is just a debating society with no real power of its own.

I would like to see the UN become either extinct or stripped of all power and made into a public spectacle for presidents to fist fight eachother when they have a problem instead of killing everyone else.

From what perspective? The question really is "What is the question?". If you want change, you need to have a goal for that change, and a perspective. Are you the all knowing being? Are you the US, and you want to improve it for us? Are you China, and you need to keep the world business friendly? Are you a small nation and you want aid?

Take the veto power away from the 5 permanent members in the security council.

the united nations should be dissolved. it serves no purpouse. it milks the united states out of billions of dollars and for what???? to give muslim countrys funds ,that they should already have thru oil sales. just corrupt gov'ts let me see lets give libya billions. when they got billions of oil reserves. lets give iraq billions , when they got billions of oil reserves. oh and my FAVORITE saudia arabia they screw america out of billions in oil sales and want billions in aid ,so they can give it to hamas and islamic jihad. and al-queda. when will we wake up.

and start using our mega reserves of natural gas . we have the technology to make all our cars and trucks run on natural gas. but the liberals wont have it. to bad. huh lets keep paying 4.00 dollars a gallon for gasoline ok. thank you very much obama and hillary clinton.
