My weight is starting to worry me :/?
Ok so I had anorexia and was diagnosed in January but since then I have been trying my hardest to gain weight :/ I've been eating (a minimum of 1 meal a day) and I'm still losing weight!!! I've lost 7lbs this week! :/ I can't even stand for long periods of time anymore as my legs start to hurt and my vision gets blurred during the day :/ what should I do??

Are you seriously asking why your losing wieght when your only eating one meal a day? You need to eat three meals a day, and you need to constantly snack on fruits and nuts to get your weight up the healthy way. For godsakes if you cant stand eat a cheeseburger or something, its obviously not going to hurt you at all.I'm sorry if i am comin off as harsh its just that i despise when people dont feed themselves to death when there are pple in the world who would die to provide a loaf of bread to their family.YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE WEIGHT IF YOU ONLY EAT 1 OR 2 MEALS A DAY>>>>>>EAT 3 MEALS A DAY AND EAT A SNACK IN BETWEEN MEALS!

Do you mind me asking how tall you are/how much you weigh at the moment? Depending on your stats, the symptoms you are exhibiting could be signs of something fatal. How many calories are you intaking every day and how long have were you not eating before? Starting the refeeding process after anorexia nervosa can be potentially be a very dangerous thing to do on your own. This is because there is such a thing as "refeeding syndrome" which can kill you. I'm worried for you, I'm not going to lie.

Go to a nutritionist and they can put you on a meal plan. I see one every week or two. Sounds to like you might be dehydrated if you've lost 7 pounds in a week. You should be hospitalized for that. You could die. Trust me I've been in the hospital over 25 times for anorexia. I found my counselor through this website and she has helped me a lot. Get some help, you're worth it!

Of you were diagnosed in January, you wouldve gone to a rehab center until you were at least 115 pounds, depending on your height. Since you said it was in January, you would still have therapists, health monitors, and social workers tracking this process and helping you through it. One meal a day? No social worker working with an ex-anorexic would allow.

Try to eat foods with high nutritional value and fat, and then also don't exercise too much as that will burn the fat you gain. Just try to take it slow and gain weight healthily. It is best to have regular eating habits so try to eat at least two meals a day every day. And also make sure you get enough sleep and don't get too stressed as it can be linked to weight loss.

Eat a lot of snacks throughout the day. A "meal" is not enough. Find food you really enjoy. And begin psychotherapy to uncover your buried feelings.

Eat more and eat a lot of fast food. Also try smoking marijauna. That will help you gain weight because it makes you hungry.
