Where is the best place to sit at a hockey game?

Update:

I can get tickets in the 5th row up from the ice, three rows up from the penalty box...... they are pretty cheap... would those be good?

Update 2:

We decided to go about 11 rows up in the middle so we could see both sides.. It's in Nashville :) My husband LOVES hockey, but has never been to a game.. So we are going :)

Update 3:

We don't care for either team.. My husband really likes the Sabres :)

It's hockey. It's live. There are no bad seats.

You didn't tell us which arena the seats are in but "three rows up from the penalty box...... they are pretty cheap" I'm guessing they're not in Toronto.

They're fine, just enjoy the game wherever it is.

Personally I like about 10-15 rows above the goal, can see passing and plays developing also see saves and goals better.

10 to 20 rows up in the corner of the rink have always been my favorite seats...you can see offensive plays coming at you
