How to have a romantic dinner with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary?

If you're a good cook then make something that you can pre-prepare than put together "last minute" so you both can eat together without you having to run back and forth to the kitchen. If you want to have an easier time, consider catering it. Find restaurants that make food "to go" but are nicer upscale places. Tell then what you're trying to accomplish and they'll gladly help you out. That way you can concentrate on the romance and not the dinner.

Think of everything, from the moment you greet her, appetizers, dinner, dessert, cocktails, then something to do after dinner. Flowers, card? Place settings? Dress up, look nice, be the man she will fall in love with all over again.

If you mess up anything, don't fret, explain something didn't go quite as planned, then move on. Laughter is a big part of the fun and romance.

You know your wife better than you probably think. Pay attention to the things she says on a daily or weekly basis that you maybe disregard. Remember that being romantic doesn't just mean candle lit dinners and seductive evenings. All you have to do is make her feel like she is the only woman in the world and the most important person in your life. The most romantic thing my husband could do for me would be to cook ME dinner for once, (even if its something frozen, it's nice to not have to cook) clean up afterward, tell me how beautiful and sexy I am all day, and spend the evening treating me like he can't get enough of me.

These are just the things that are romantic to me. I'm sure that your wife will have her own idea of what makes her feel treasured by you, and she's probably been dropping hints for your whole relationship!

The most romantic thing you can do is cook your wife a very nice dinner (like her favorite meal and desert), complete with candlelight and classical music. After dinner, giver her a very nice gift, followed with a nice back massage. Then lead her to the bedroom (which ahead of time you would have spread with rose pedals on the floor and on the bed).

On one of my anniversary's a few years ago i did the following:

Went to my hubby's office and gave him a long stemmed rose with a poem I had written and told him to meet me at a hotel in an hour. We had champagne...and snacks and spent the afternoon together. It was special to me but believe it or not he LAUGHED at me. Oh well...We went Christmas shopping afterwards for our 3 year old son at the time. Afterwards I thought heck, he should have been doing all of that for ME. So, I think it's super special that you are planning something for your wife. SHE WILL LOVE YOU FOR IT!!!!

Dave, have it served inside the hotel room of a really posh downtown hotel. Have the waiter serve you and her a really good meal and afterwards have TWO GYPSY Fiddle Players DRESSED IN BLIND FOLDs and BEHIND A 10foot scren play the two of you slow dance music. WHen your both so hot its getting nasty run to the bedroom flinging her on the bed, run and grab the two players and the screen place them at the bedroom door the screen between you and them and do the humppy pummpy while they play and shout wild Gypsy ****. Like Ole' OR MIA MIA Mafuso Mia....or BATTER UP.......Now batting for Herzog,,,insert your name......" and recorded arena noise when you finish....

it's romantic when a man takes charge and does all the planning. Don't ask her, just plan the entire thing and think about what she likes. A necklace wouldn't hurt, if you have the money.
