Need help with Rainmeter?

Ok so I want to add a new skin for my rainmeter specifically Rising Reflection Interface and Speed. The problem is that when I download and extract the files, and then put those files in the skins folder of rainmeter, they do not come up as choices to use as my skin. Best answer get 10pts

    You need to right click on the Rainmeter tray icon and choose Refresh All.
