Getting fit, after no exercise for about 2 years? :P?

Basically, the title says it all. I used to be really fit, as i played football 2 or 3 times a week, as well as personal training.

But since leaving school, and gettting a job, my exercise has been non-existent (And my job is not one where im active... At all...), and yesterday morning, i decided to go for a jog, and was appalled at how unfit i am now ;(

My BMI is 18.5, so im right on the border between 'underweight' and 'normal weight' , for my height, if that matters at all?

So basically, anyone have any Exercise and Diet tips? They would be greatly appreciated :)

    Start slowly and build up your exercise routine or you will hurt yourself your body is out of practice.

    You can take evening walks, morning jogs and weekend biking if you want but like I said start with low impact exercise and build up until your where you want to be.
