Which graphics card should i get?

My current setup is an HP p6703w with the following specs:

AMD Athlon II 640 x4 @3.0ghz

4gb of DDR3 Ram (upgrading to 8 soon)

ATI Radeon hd 4200 integrated graphics (read below)

Windows 7 x64

I want to know if i should go with an "EVGA gtx 460" or a "XFX Radeon HD 6850"

    Better go for "XFX Radeon HD 6850".

    You need to upgrade your garbage 250w power supply first; it's insufficient. Should be on at least a quality 550w PSU. And go with the HD 6850.

    As long as you get rid of the integrated 'junk' and since you didn't say how much money ya wanna spend, the choice is limitless (almost).

    Get the 'XFX'.
