My company changed its name in the last fiscal year. On IRS Form 990, do I leave the Prior Year figures blank?

or do I go ahead and use the figures from under the old company name. The employer identification number did not change, just the name of the company changed.

    Use the old numbers.

    if the number didn't change, a name change is not material
