Does Intel DG41RQ motherboard support DDR3 ram?

I have an old PC with Intel DG41RQ motherboard, Dual core 2.5 GHz and 2GB DDR2 ram... I'd like to know if it's possible to use a DDR3 ram in my motherboard? To make myself clear, I don't want to use a DDR2 and a DDR3 ram at the same time. I'd like to replace the DDR2 with a DDR3 RAM if possible.

NO! You cannot use DDR3 ram in a DDR2 board. You should purchase as identical a stick as possible to pair with the already installed ram. Make sure the ram you buy matches as much as possible on the current ram's sticker. this will insure that you get the speed boost of matched dual channel memory
