can i get some help building my own High quality costume?

so for next year's school halloween party i'm going ALL OUT in an attempt to build the world's best costume and have some questions about building it.

i'm going to mold my own plastic which i hear i can do with a shopvac and a garbage can.

how can i make the plastic as clear as possible ?

how do i build a mold to use?

and i might need some tips.

I also want to bend some thin aluminium for parts of it.

should i use aluminium sheets or plastic leafed in foil?

finally i want to wire a series of LEDs for eyes.

should i solder or use shrink tape for the longest lasting costume?

is there anyway i can make them "Blink" periodically perhaps with my own eyes?

should i buy a dremol?

how do i make it shine?

I want this costume to be remembered by everyone.

this is what i'm looking at.

Update:

i mean, i remember when i was young. i was at the beach and some kid had a mask that had an LCD that showed dragon eyes when he closed his eyes. i've always remembered that.

i was thinking of doing some vacuum form PVC and acrylic with some frozen clay models. what material do you recommend as a model. i've figured out how i'm going to scale it up to my size.

I suggest working with easier materials and painting them in a high gloss lacquer to make them look like metal. It'd be a lot cheaper than sheet aluminum. One of the problems is that metal thin enough to work easy, will also dent easy, which is going to mess up that paint job.

I'd model it first, then make the back plate and head from molded latex, as you would a monster mask. It's cheap available and light.

Blinking lights are available in hobby kits. Wiring them to your eyes would be hard. Easier to run a wire to a button control in one glove.
