If your banned from adsense, any alternatives to get paid making videos other than youtube and adsense?

I recently been getting very popular on youtube, however... I am worried because in the begging of the month I have used traffic exchange , (vagex) and then I been reading up on it, and apparently adsense don't like it. I figured as long as no1 clicked the ads I would be okay, but then I learned it can make fake impressions. I haven't got an email saying I was banned, however, I have not reached my first payment threshold, and they say that is usually when google decides to ban you. I have gotten about 1200 views in 3 days using traffic exchange, however I stopped this quickly after doing research. Now I am worried I will get banned once i reach the 100$ payment threshold. (which might not be for another few months !) I learnt my lesson and am now wondering if there are any good alternitives to adsense and youtube where I can upload my videos for profit. I know it is not about the money, however, I want to do this for a living, and it does take a lot of work. People say my skits are very professional and should be recognized. I was looking into dailymotion and possibly adbrite? but I don't know what video sharing sites go with what ad services, I know youtube you can only use adsense, but what about other sites?
