Is this supposed to be a serious question or are the misspellings deliberate in order to present some parody of an unintelligent conservative?

In any case, the store and the police overreacted to the situation and there is no indication that the individuals are liberals.

Is there really nothing better than this to talk about, you can raise issue on so many things, and you use your time, my time, and everyone unfortunate enough to stumble upon this insane ramble.

I mean Seriously, how does this story here prove that all liberals 'think they are accept <sic>from commiting <sic> crimes'.. Come on, this is about two people, who claim to had 'forgot' (no caps warranted) to pay for a sandwich they were eating.... So who does this, it may be Rush and some other person on an oxycotten high, it may be a drunk Republican coming back from a KKK meeting, shoot it could be some one with brain damage, or on just maybe on a slight chance of a possibility, it could be a liberal looking for a free ride.

You don't know them, I don't know them, in fact nearly everyone writing on this board here, does not know them, so why ask, who does this....

We give you a free education in this country and you don't study, is that stealing from society? Maybe you just forgot to study. We over-react to some things and inadvertent shoplifting is one of them. If they got belligerent and said they never had the sandwich, then that is stealing. If they say, opps, my bad and then offer to pay for the sandwich, what's the harm? Maybe the intended to steal and just got caught, maybe they really did forget to pay, do you really know which is the truth? Too many people go to the negative because it is easier and, yes, the odds are with you that they were stealing, however, you can't prove that beyond a shadow of a doubt so sometimes you have to suck it up and believe them, for the sake of the greater good.

We don't. Without knowing the details, I'd say that is a plausible story, if unlikely. People do, in fact, sometimes eat while grocery shopping, and then pay for it at the checkout, but usually this seems to be a way to keep small children quiet. That said fact that you read Yahoo's posting a story about it as "liberal spin" is just about as poorly thought out as your usage and spelling of the word "exempted".

Safeway also forgot to charge them for the sandwiches when they checked out. Placing all the blame on a pregnant woman is pretty low. Refusing to allow them to pay for their sandwiches after realizing the mistake and having the cops arrest them is even lower.

This story and you prove the complete lack of compassion and morality that rule America's private enterprises and those with conservative political beliefs.

P.S. Fox News ran the same story and had the same "liberal" spin.

I wasn't conscious that cops generally did get shorter sentences. i comprehend of people who've committed offences which could regularly bring about fines and community punishment going to penitentiary so its not consistently the case. remember that the occasion you have given is that of a Police community help Officer. As such they're a member of the popular public who would not have a similar 'powers' as a Police Officer. As for them threatening to arrest somebody, a PCSO has a similar powers of arrest as you are able to I.E 'any man or woman' powers. I on the different hand, as a Police Officer have distinctive powers of arrest, the two on or off accountability, that are given to me alongside with my warrant card and the identify Police Constable so its a thoroughly distinctive kettle of fish because it have been. Your occasion is a pair of member of the popular public who holds function of government workplace.

It would've been smarter for the business to concede that the customer may had made a mistake. Since they bought 50 dollars worth of groceries, It certainly looks like it.

Purchasing prostitutes is a crime. David Vitter (R) is still serving in Congress. I guess he forgot to pay at the checkout.

Honestly, you’re freaking out about a sandwich?
