Problem is, you shouldn't use a task manager.

In my experience as a phone technician, I have seen that they do not really save battery life and can cause crashes and other problems with the phones. All of the Android versions currently running on current phones (2.3 and higher to be sure) have a built-in task manager accessible through the settings menu,

I uninstall aftermarket task killers almost every time I find them.
