What do Americans have if we don't have a constitution.?

That's like saying why have a bible? Times change and everything needs to be interpreted to the present.

In case you haven't noticed, the US has change a little since the Constitution was written. It's no longer a rural, slave owning agriculture society. The population has grown 16 TIMES. That means if the founders were around, they would probably have written something completely different.

You can live in the past, or live in the present with an eye on the future. It's a choice, because the future is coming no matter what. It's called "evolution".

if you give liberals the opportunity to change the constitution to their liking, America would soon end up being like california; so many rules, laws, regulations, people can barely take a dump in their house without LAPD kicking their door in and telling them to poop more quietly. this country was founded on the ideals of the constitution, the original one, and if they want it changed, leave America and start a new country.
