1. "Fooled around"? What exactly does this consist of? If it is anything sexual at all, then yes... It's cheating.

2. Even a kiss is cheating. I wouldn't stand for it... I would never cheat on my partner because I respect her. I would expect the same respect in return.

Yes it is cheating now i guess you can go on the severity. If the person just made out well it may end up having that person in the dog house or if they had sex with another person out you go. It really depends on how you feel about it. Now some people make mistakes and depending how far it went well thats up to the person who got cheated on. Most people would probably say NO WAY leave the person, or once a cheater always a cheater. All those aren't always true. There could have been outside influences like drugs or alcohol. Also does that person want to work it out and is truthful about it can help the situation.

cheating is cheating i believe anything remotely sexual or intended to be sexual with someone other then your partner is uncalled for...however if you are willing to get passed the fact that he/she was honest about it then by all means...but like they say if it happens once and they told you about it...what has happened that they havent told you...good luck
