Should I be concerned over thick black mucus?
For the last week I have felt a little ill, nausa and extremelry tired I have ruled it out as flu or simple cold bug. But then this morning when I forced myself to wake up feeling extremly sluggish I started to cough in return coughed up mucus with a little red blood Did not think twice about ruled it out again as nose bleed or dry air! Untill i had showered for the day and began to cough horrible couching yucky thick black mucus to add its hurts to breath to deeply Im now debating should I be concered or should I treat as any other cold and cough?

Their are two answers.
If you smoke you can sneeze or cough out thick black mucus, this is called tar tar. It`s Pretty rare but it does happen in some people.
Or you could have a really bad viral infection. If you dont smoke go to your doctor. If you do smoke and it gets worse go to your doctor. =)
