What is system of belief that doesn't see Sun or Light as driver of life or at least good thing?
Explain or give link if it does exist.
@Momofthreeboys: Yes, I am aiming to that. I have a hunch that Buddhism falls also in Sun category because the word Buddha means enlighten one. But I don't know that much Sanskrit that I can say: "en-light-en"

ALL life and energy are a result of the sun. (I'm a scientist, that's fact.) Humans have known this intuitively since before we made tools. I believe all religions have a sun god/sun worship of some kind except Buddhism.

its pretty hard considering that daily, the sun pounds earth in its face with enough energy to allow for life to occur at the level it is.
