I already answered this question in your previous post. My son has severe IBS and has been stuck on trains for hours for various reasons such as points failure etc. snow and landslide problems and the Southern trains or London Underground have no toilet facilities, which is a disgrace. As you say. heaven help people if they suddenly develop the runs!!
