Exercises for weight loss?
I have been exercising for the past 4mths & eating sensibly, I have the Gazelle & exercise bike I use them each a half hour a night.. every night.
I have lost 16lbs but cant seem to lose anymore. I was wondering if I should do
some other type of exercising or something different as I have heard that
you have to keep mixing things up & working different areas of the body..
Does anyone have any suggesyions its very frustrating!

Your body has just hit a plateau and got used to the exercises, so it is not burning as many calories in the process. Try mixing in some strength training workouts at least 3 days a week. Muscle burns more calories at rest than fat, so this will help you as well. Also how many calories are you eating a day? You may need to bump that down a couple hundred for a week or so, see if you get any results from that. Hope this helps! Congratulations in your weight loss thus far! :)
