Leaky milk container?
I put a leaky milk container on the plush seat in my car. After sitting in the Florida sun, the sour smell is beyond belief. Anybody know how to get the smell out?

well you either go pay a car detail place who specializes in deep cleaning difficult problems or do what we used to do when we would buy a car that had some old guy who never took showers sweat in the seat for 49 years. Take a can of resolve rug shampoo spray a pile of foam on the seat and start working it in the cloth and foam of the seat. Once the foam is gone, do it again. keep working the foam in the seat and foam with a rag or brush once you get about a half a can in, you take several layers of thck fluffy towels and lay them on the seat use five fluffy towels or more if they are thin, and then sit down. what happens is the carpet cleaner and the stink will actually wick into the dry towels. after a few minutes (or if your butt starts to feel wet get up and take the towels out and burn them or wash them. If there is still a bit of smell, use the second can again by working the moisture into the foam and then sitting on the towels it wicks the stink into the towels. If you are worried about discoloration of the seat you may have to pay a professional . best of luck.
