engineering interview?

Question

i have to do an interview for my engineering class and i need to interview, preferably, a mechanical engineer. but if you could answer these questions that would be great!
1. whats your salary? (i kind of have to ask that one)
2. do you enjoy your job?
3. what do you do( like what do you build/make and for who)
4. whats your day to day look like?
5. do you do more work on math and infront of a computer or more in the field? which do you prefer?

If you could answer these that would be great! you can get as specific as you want, the more the better.

-Please describe your engineering field: Electronics, Instrumentation
-Please Describe your Engineering field: has to do with measurements, be it in aircraft or industrial
-What is your Current Job title?:                Consultant
-What is your average work schedule?:            8 to 9 hrs per day
-Starting with High School, describe your Educational background chronologically: SSLC, BSC, BE,ME, PhD
-If you had to do it over, related to your career or education, would you do anything differently: Perhaps I might focus on financial services.
-What advice would you give to me as someone interested in pursuing a career path similar to yours?: It is very interesting though not very remunerative.
-Have you been promoted?: A few times. promotions came rarely after often 5 to 7 years. So I wuit a salaried job and started a unit. Alas, it did not do well due to PARTNERS (?)
-How long is it before you can be promoted?: NA
-How long have you been working at your profession?:48 years.
-Do you enjoy this job or would you rather become something else? I enjoy my job as I have made enough money for a decent living. I enjoy sharing my thoughts and learning through YAHOO answers!!
