I think it's cause of his illness -- why he stopped growing and still looks like a little kid even though he's much older. Illness or no illness, I can't stand him!!!!! He irritates the crap out of me and I hate his annoying face and his stupid lip-syncing that doesn't even match the lyrics. I have no idea why he got so popular! He has no talent. Goes to show you how stupid people are getting, that they accept this as talent and something "unique" and interesting. He's a total douchebag.
