Absolutely confirm they have won! How will they pay? Confirm again when you have received payment and again when you ship. Ship as fast as you can when you get payment and provide feed back after you are given feed back. E bay can automate this for a fee and Paypal accounts make for a fast payment but for a fee. Paypal is well worth it for me.

Once a buyer has purchased an item from you, ebay notifies the buyer instantly so you dont need to worry about that. Unless you want to notify, or inform the buyer of any changes of payment or adress information then you can email them, otherwise just sit back and wait for your payment. If you dont receive payment with in the time given by you then you need to email the buyer once wait for reply if you dont get any reply then open a non payment case towards the buyer and you will be given your relisting fee back and the chance to relist your item back on ebay. An invoice would be a good thing to start with, then wait for the payment to be made. But DO NOT send the merchandise until you get paid for the item

PS : Any payment made through paypal will be notified via your email

The buyer probably paid by paypal, the money will come through them, then you ship the goods.
