Is "Loser pays" the best way to eliminate frivolous lawsuits?

Seems to me that would eliminate the lottery mentality of plaintiffs and their scumbags lawyers

    It's a step in the right direction. Of course the lawyers who take those cases to court should be held liable for at least half of the expenses.

    Yes and I think lawyers would think twice about taking a frivolous suit.
