How to use Dashansh money-10% of person salary?

Every religion recommend to take out 10% of salary for charity. Now how to use this money? Should we give cash in temple or should we use this money to give food to poor or should we use this money to those who are not poor but needy?

    Who told you that "Every religion recommend to take out 10% of salary for charity" ?

    That's quite a wide ranging, blanket statement.

    I feel confident that there is at least one religion - maybe more - that does not recommend any such thing.

    just do it the way you fell that God would do it, most of all do unto them as you would have them to do onto you
