Was I scammed on ebay?
So I sold a 300$ PS3 bundle on ebay. The dude gave me his address after paying on paypal, and I shipped him the bundle. No confirmation or tracking X(
So apparently he 'didn't get it' so we had to refund all the money and lost the PS3. I'm pretty ticked and if we don't win the appeal, (which will be impossible unless the seller admits he got it) then I'll be even more ticked.
Was I scammed? IF I was scammed, how can I get back at him using his address? >=P
Im not doing anything serious. I live on the other side of the USA. I was just wondering about any ideas for legal(mostly) harassment. (As in not getting caught)
And I didnt choose to refund the money, thats not how it works. It is taken from me..
I knew I shouldve done it myself, my mom is too lazy to do stuff like this... I was busy working and she offered to do it for me. Haha! Never again mom -_-

You may well have been scammed but then again you might not of been scammed by the buyer. Would he really try and say he didn't have it not knowing wether u had had it tracked or not?!
Just ensure u have as many witness's and past buyers to back u up and hope for the best.
I would not do anything using his address as u will get in trouble and u don't no if he has babies in the house or anything.
Most likely someone from the post office has it

You scammed yourself. Follow the rules or this happens. There isn't squat you can do about it. As a seller you can't even leave negative feedback.
