What have you found in your apt or house from previous owner?
I found some neat old porcillin left over dishes from the 50's. They were on the top shelf in the kitchen in the back so you could not see them. I also found a Sears card in the vent.

The previous owners in my house were cheap. They used underwear for wall insulation and a golf ball to fix a pipe. Our property used to be the dump so we find all sorts of things in the ground like perfume bottles and things.

Nice tackle box. But seriously my house is haunted. No activity for a while, but it has only affected me. Made me mentally weird for a while, my room would turn ice cold and i'd wake up in sleep from it-3x, and when i was in basment alone watching tv with just my dog-pit bull boxer mix, and suddenly my garbage can flew through the air, and my dog scurried off anf looked absolutely horrified. It all happened in about a year and half period, but the good lord helped me out.
