Help with gas pains in newborn?
It all started yesterday with some fussiness and gas and now he is just screaming and gassy and in pain. We are trying the Dr. Browns bottles, Mylocon gas relief and even switching his formula to soy based ( I'm lactose intolerant as is his older brother). He was on similac sensitive since birth but it still has some cows milk in it so im keeping my fingers crossed this may be it. He's been such an excellent sleeper up till now sleeping 3 or 4 hours straight and now im lucky if he goes down 30 minutes. To top it all of im doing this all alone right now cuz his daddy and grandma are both sick and have been for about a week. I cry with him cuz i just feel so awful he's hurting. Is there anything else i can do for him?
I was reading about that colic calm earlier on a website. I had no idea you could get it at CVS. I'm gonna have to check it out. Thank you. I would do anything to see him calm and happy again.

Both of my boys always released their gas from their bottoms...they were not burpy babies at all!
Just lay him on his back, hold his ankles and gently press his knees to his chest...small bicycle movements with his legs may help while he is in this position. Better to do it with no nappy on too.
All the best :)

Mylicon drops..you'll purchase them at any grocery retailer or pharmacy. You too can get a few Gripe water...does wonders! If you cant get out to the shop proper now, check out pushing the youngster's legs into the stomach. You too can check out walking the babys legs in a bycicling movement. A hot tub can support knock a few of the ones gasoline bubbles unfastened (But if the umbilical wire remains to be connected, then that isnt feasible.). Burp the youngster rather good after each and every feeding. If youngster remains to be fussy check out striking the youngster WAY up to your Shoulder and patting the again..it'll so much likley make youngster spit up, however youngster continually does believe larger after that! Good success!

My baby had gas problems for 10 weeks. Around week 7, I found Colic Calm. You can buy it @ CVS or order it online. They also have a FB page. Look up videos on YouTube for real babies & parents. See, most gas drops only help upper digestive problems. CC helps with upper & lower. Seriously, the stuff worked every single time. Totally saved my sanity.
