I'm assuming this is a standard league. Also assuming that you are playing 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 Flex, 1 TE, 1K, 1 DST

I would make the trade. You are lacking running back depth. There is more depth at WR on the waiver wire than running back from week to week.

McFadden was clearly producing prior to his injury...he should be back week 11...both McFadden and Johnson are coming back from injuries.

McFadden was having a stud fantasy year. Johnson is a stud receiver. Johnson will do well when he comes back but Houston is already destroying defenses with their running game. I think Johnson will be eased back in but will not get as many looks as he may be accustomed too. Houston has Foster and when he's tired they have Ben Tate. Johnson is appealing for his week 15 and 16 matchups vs. the Panthers and Colts respectively...but you need to make the fantasy playoffs first.

If you didn't have the receivers you do I would hesitate to make the trade...but you have Megatron...and VJax with Brandon Lloyd as a backup?...you don't need Johnson...though anyone would love to have him...the other person obviously wants him.

I would consider only keeping one TE. Graham is a stud. Has a bye week 11. Gresham is battling an injury. Pick up Jake Ballard if he's available now. For your bye week. If not, dump Gresham. fill up the roster spot with Ballard or take a chance on a WR...Jacoby Ford...Laurent Robinson (he's help you get to the playoffs while Miles Austin is out)...Torrey Smith...Percy Harvin (you'd be suprised how available he is in some leagues)...there should be a number of WRs available as free agents for you to get in your lineup...Gresham has been wasting a roster spot...I would only keep him if you don't have a better option available next week for Graham's bye...Dallas Clark looks to be done for the season...keep an eye on Jacob Tamme (his replacement) this weekend.

I would consider rolling with the 49ers defense the rest of the way...or the Lions if you prefer. To me you need to take some chances on some RBs and WRs...to add more depth...esp. at RB...and esp. heading toward the final fantasy stretch and the playoffs.

Defenses or kickers might come through once in a while to win you a week...but they will not win you a season...I myself do not keep rosters spots open for defenses and kickers...rarely anyway...if I have a fantasy stud...like Graham...I take a chance and don't worry about backups...you would never play anyone ahead of Graham...not even Antonio Gates.

I would pick up Kendall Hunter as a backup up to Gore...the 49ers are a running team...even with Gore out they will continue to run the ball...if Reggie Bush is available I would take him...Brandon Jacobs is limited by the availability of Ahmad Bradshaw...if Bradshaw is playing...even if he's playing hurt...Jacobs will get 50% (or less) touches...and the Giants throw the ball a lot.

The Law Firm is limited by his matchups and the NE offenses...which spreads the ball out...and uses a number of RBs that take away touches...

Depending on what you have available as free agents...or via other trades...I would consider trading Lloyd and Gresham for someone like McFadden...I would even trade Rivers and pick up another backup...you should be good to go with Stafford...Rivers will continue to get points but he turns the ball over too often.

Consider trading Jacob's to Bradshaw's owner. I would pick up Ben Tate if he's available...he scores even when Foster scores...also see if Jonathan Stewart is available...even Marshawn Lynch....you need to find a way to upgrade your RBs...your strength is at WR...once Johnson is back you will likely have to leave VJax and/or Lloyd on the bench...which could be a waste.

RBs and RB depth...coupled with balance at other positions...are the best ingredients for winning in fantasy football...RB continue to drop like flies...

Bottom line...take some more chances on the waiver wire...try to free up some roster spots by dumping and/or trading two players for one more elite player. Use your strength to help where you are deficient...you can afford to trade one of the following: VJax, Lloyd, AJohnson...trading AJ while his return is questionable allows you to play VJax and/or Lloyd and go and find someone in free agent land now.

    Good luck!

Andre Johnson is a deadly weapon. McFadden hasn't performed a single standard season game and could probably chop up includes with Justin Fargas. as long as Matt Schaub is healthy, Andre Johnson would be between the three terrific WR's interior the league.

yea pull the trigger. AJ wont be back for a while even when he come back its going to take a while to get into the game after all the time away

This trade is a toss up really but I would make the trade, it strengthens your running backs and you have good receivers.

    Nice picture by the way!
