How to get your YouTube video popular and noticed?
I'm trying to get my gamin channel some viewers so we can open an 'ask us' section and a news section. So far we have an introductory video http://m.youtube.com/?client=mv-google#/watch?v=rH... and our first review will be available this Sunday. How do I get people to watch it?

Well, I think the most important thing is to just have fun with it. Don't stress about wanting them to be popular or stress about subscribers...when I did that I wasn't getting subscribers but I took a step back and now just I'm just having fun with it, I have 47 subscribers :)
Post to Facebook, twitter, any social networking site that you use. You can also post to facebook pages but only if it's relevant to the video.
Don't do the sub for sub thing because all that is is numbers. None of those people will actually watch your videos because they sub to so many people..it would get knocked down on their homepage.

just ask people to watch that video from here in "yahoo! answers" and if they like it, they might start telling people about it. and you will get more views
