Lacrosse goalie off season training/conditioning?

I am a freshmen and am going to try out for lax this upcoming February March. I am a shoe in for JV starter and a lot of people have told me they wouldn't be surprised if I made varsity. I want to get in shape for tryouts. my only problem seems to be sometimes I get slower as the game progresses so quickness, stamina, or agility (too improve hand eye coordination) workouts would be most appreciated. What are the best methods? Also should I run a lot? I play goalie and very little running is involved.
