Excersise/beauty routines?

I Am 5'4"(probably wont grow much more) and weigh 125 pounds,I want to start excersising more,i want to slim down a bit,get more toned,and have softer,smoother skin and nicer legs.My legs are bumpy and not very soft,I want to eat healthiar,ive been a vegetariajn for a month now and i plan on staying vegetarian but i still eat unhealthy if that helps anything...Please be specific but anything helps! thanks :D

    If you want to be thinner try lots of ab work outs, cycling is great for the legs and bum also try Pilate's for toning and stretching. End off with a swim its a great exercise that uses all the muscles in your body. skipping is great for toning legs as well alternate them with squats, plies and lunges.
