How to make my hair soft and silky?

I have started growing out my hair but they don't have shine and are rough. They are 7" in length now but are really curly. Please tell me what to do to make my hair smooth, silky and shiny?

    everest brand henna powder, curd, tea decoction, coffee decoction and lemon juice mixed and fermented for few minutes and applied to the hair gives bouncy and silky hair

    Apply a hair repair mask once a week to make it really soft and silky

    i have really soft hair and i use elvive spray on conditioner it helps so much and it makes your hair look so lusious

    apply butter which is soft and chocolate which is silky.=)

    use Morrocan Oil or other Argan oil in your hair.
