I need to know how to graph it even though there is only one variable.

    Solve for that variable.

    7x + 10 = 0

    Subtract 10 from both sides:

    _ 7x = -10

    Divide both sides by 7:

    _ x = -10/7

    And that's your line! It will be a vertical line through the point (-10/7 , 0) on the x-axis.

    Well, since it is split evenly, (x on one side y on the other), you can just put it in like that.
