Good place to meet people?

Ok, so I'm an openly bi 18 year old living in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have lots of friends but none of them are BI or gay so whats a good place to meet bi and gay guys? I'd like to avoid bars because most of those guys are only looking for one thing and I'd rather find a guy who wants to have a committed relationship. So, help me out please, whats a good place?
