Why is that when I dial any number in Texas, it tells me it's disconnected?

I'm calling from Cleveland, Ohio and I'm trying to call a George Bush Intercontinental Airport infomation desk. It keeps telling me it's disconnected, along with 5 other numbers I've called.

I added the 1 in front of the area code, but nothing works.

What's the deal?

    Try this:

    George Bush Intercontinental Airport

    Address/Phone Number - 2800 North Terminal Road, 281-230-3100

Since it is a long distance number for you, you must add a 1 before the number.

    Dial 1 281 230 3100

Since you didn't get through, could it be that your telephone doesn't have a long distance plan? Some are local and will allow you to call nearby areas only. (Just thinking)

The number Ben (above) gave you is a working number. I just called it.

If you call and get a recording saying it is disconnected, then your phone line is probably the culprit.
