Republicans and Independants: Do you like Cain or Newt?

Newt and Cain are virtually neck and neck in the "anyone but Mitt" Conservative race.

See Link:

http://blogs.wsj.com/washwire/2011/11/11/polls-gin...

And if you like Newt...did you switch from Cain because of doubts created by the Smear campaign from the Left?

Thanks..no Lefty Loon diatribes will be considered. this one is for real Americans!

I have always like Newt. Not only is he conservative, but he knows his stuff. He has complete knowledge of every angle of every issue. He is a very good communicator and debater. I like Cain too, but Cain does not have the experience and command of the issue like Newt does. I will vote for Newt.

That is getting easier to answer, since Cain's star is falling as Gingrich's star continues to rise.

Four independent women who had no dealings together before this, can hardly be called a smear campaign. History has taught us, where there's smoke, there's fire. The real question should be: Are these incidents serious enough to stop Cain in his tracks ? Considering these incidents happened years ago, before political correctness became a sharp stick in the eye, are they worthy of the attention they are getting ? Has Herman Cain changed with the times, as have many of us ?

I've been for Newt all along. I like Cain too, but I believe Newt is the one to mop the floor with Ubama and to put us back on the right path the day he takes office.

I like both, and am the "anyone but Mitt.".

I lean toward Gingrich, but not because of the smear. I really like Cain, but my concerns more come from his lack of any political experience. I like Cain's ideas and outlook, just not sure he's ready.

Gingrich for me, but will support any over Obama (obviously).

Hate is a liberal emotion. i did not help Mitt Romney because i did not evaluate him to be the perfect candidate to run this year, yet he's infinitely extra perfect than Obama. i do compared to being placed in the mold of the lesser of two evils decision and characteristic shied far off from it in the previous. This time notwithstanding I merely evaluate the stakes to be too severe. we gained't undergo yet another 4 years with an over spending administration which also has shown no recognize for the regulation. figuring out on truly to easily no longer implement, or rewrite by govt fiat something they do compared to. Obama has to bypass!

Do you really believe the media's false dichotomy of "Mitt Romney vs anyone but Mitt Romney". Get your head out of the sand, you idiot

But to answer the question, Herman Cain is basically a dolt on many issues. Every answer he gives is always about his "raise taxes on the poor, reduce taxes on the rich" tax plan

    GINGRICH / CAIN 2012!

Although I think at this point we're more likely to see a Romney/Gingrich ticket. Which would be fine by me. Check out Newt at the debates, and you'll see why he gets my vote: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jV8Oziry9iA
