How come there are no protests in hardcore communist countries or even the soft communist countries of Europe?

Cuba, Venezuela, Burma, North Korea and even softer communist countries in Europe are not having the "protests" for the "redistribution of all wealth". Why?

Is it because their Marxist policies are working and everyone living there is living happily in their liberal utopias?

Just curious.

Update:

Hey everyone I am being sarcastic ok? I am a true believer Capitalist and anti-liberal ok? and hey Nancy if Cuba is so wonderful why can't you simply live what you say you believe in alright? Go and live in Cuba or any other communist country and live what you say you believe in ok? Sheesh.

Update 2:

Sargon: So I take it your living happily in one of the "liberal utopias" that you state are not "soft communist" but rather "socialist" right? Uh huh. Yeah right. *sigh - I am so tired of human beings trying to distinguish between Capitalism and liberalism. Bottom line is Capitalism creates freedom, independence, prosperity and life. Liberalism (aka socialism, communism and Marxism) creates poverty, dependence, misery and premature death. PLEASE just go and live in the "liberal utopia" of your choice!

They get on rafts or hide in cargo ships to escape to escape socialism.

Hardcore Communist countries would either shoot them, arrest them or take down their names and make them dissapear later.

There are no soft core Communist countries.

    Socialism is not Softcore communism.

In fact both Socialist and Communist countries have businesses. They both have stock markets. They both have rich people.

Socialist countries have little to protest as their government does what the majority wants and protects and cares for the needs of their citizens.

2 years maternity leave for mothers.

    6 months for fathers.

    Regulated economy.

    No poverty.

A fraction of the population needing imprisonment.

No unpopular wars. Most of their military is self defense, the rest peacekeeping.

    5 weeks paid vacation.

    No famine.

Free health and dental, and by far better quality than even Canada.

And all for only 50% taxes. The other half is YOURS to spend on LUXURY items of your choosing.

In North America we pay lower taxes (for now) but most of the money we make from working two full time or 4 part time jobs is just BARELY enough to let us live paycheck to paycheck.

Socialist countries do not have any official or unofficial segregation, racism or sexism in their policies.

Even communist oligarchies have largely abandoned racism, sexism, homophobia and class warfare but have a growing problem with poverty.

Socialist nations were barely singed by the recession. Even Canada and Brazil who regulate their economy did not do as well. Canada still have not quite taken back what they lost.

Also North Korea does not have a good social safety net. They spend most of their money on the military, even though many North Koreans are starving.

If you were to protest in North Korea, one of Kim Jong Il's terror troops would rip out your finger nails.

Are you serious?? Maybe so, there are some really slow people on here. Some ask dumb questions just for fun I think. Anyway, to answer your question, if you protest in N Korea or Argentina you might wake up dead or in a gulog somewhere.

I guess Cubans are too busy enjoying their access to universal health care and one of the world's best doctor-to-population ratios on Earth.
