APEC, if TPP is agreeable,will cover a market 40% bigger than the EU.

we are also a lot more beneficial than maximum countries If someone does not have coverage and they pass to the ER and do not pay their bill all of us finally end up paying for it even as the hospitals and docs boost their expenditures to conceal the loss. The more beneficial human beings in an coverage pool the decrease the coverage rates
