The Rugers are sold with their Ruger style (standard height) rings on centerfire rifles. Typically they only fit 40mm obj lensed scopes on most models and some will hold a 50mm if the barrel is the size of a pencil. Ruger also has a bad rep with their barrels being (less) than accurate quote unquote past the 1976 model year when Douglass barrels were installing them and Ruger shifted to a low budget barrel maker that has earned them a fairly bad rep with the public. If you own a Ruger rifle post- 76 model year and it shoots accurate or pretty damned accurate consider yourself a lucky one, others haven't been. The prices are really high for a set of (fair) rings like Ruger, but consider this Ruger firearms are the only firearms that use them and im guessing this is why they feel the need to out price them. Leupold also builds the Ruger style rings at the same sale price's. Not any better in my book. I prefer the one peice Redfield jr or Leupold bases and twist lock ring. So if your model is adaptable to another brand of mount or can be gunsmithed (drilled and tapped) for another brand of bases you may want to consider this action if your unsatisfied with what you have. But be advised you'll spend more on the work and better mounts than what you would spend on just getting a new height of the Ruger rings.

You should be able to get a standard base for a Ruger M77, then get what ever the hell rings you want and put it all together. If the rings won't work for what you want to do, get some that will. You can get rings for $10 at Walmart up to probably $100 or more. The picture on Ruger's web site doesn't even show a base on the rifle, just drilled and tapped holes. Not knowing or caring about bases for a Ruger CF rifle, I think the one below would work and be a good start for attaching a scope.

Your question is poorly worded and I'm having difficulty understanding exactly what your problem is. "Punctuation" is not just a big word.

However, if this is a brand new rifle, Ruger will exchange the standard rings that come with it for any height, free of charge.

A quick Google search also shows me rings for a Ruger rifle around $40 at some places, from several manufacturers.
