Hello, if anyone knows, in the essence of creating for a business name, can one get into?

trouble by using a name like Vereyeson, instead of Verizon? I would be using there customers, but for nothing that will intervene with there services or business, in fact it will make them money. If anyone has a answer have at this one.

I read the meaning of proprietary, but it is limited in what can be done.

Yes you can do that as long as you stay away from the trade mark symbol. That is as long as you don't make signs that look like Verizon signs even with that spelling. Technically I would have no idea that was suppose to be Verizon. It really looks like a child's idea that an actual business plan.

Yes. Verizon would sue you for trademark infringement, and they would probably have a case -- after all, you've admitted that you want "Vereyeson" to remind people of Verizon. This counts as confusing or misleading customers, which is *exactly* what trademark law is intended to prevent.
