    What'll it be folks?

    Name your poison.

    What beverage would you prefer?

May I take your drink orders?

    Are you thirsty?

What would you like to drink?

    Bar's open... order up!

    I'm buying... what'll you have?

Is everyone okay with ice water?

Drinks are on the counter (shelf, whatever) go help yourself.

    Lots of 'em.

Would a beverage suit you folks?

Will that be alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks folks?

(You means 'both of you' when asking and looking at them).

What kinda booze ya be a'wantin' ?(smile when asking).

Kin I git ya sumptin stronger than moo-moo juice? (big smile when asking).

How would ya like ta git stoned?

This house is serving various kinds of beverages, what tickles your fancy?

Due to the fact that I do not know your drinking preferences, would you be kind enough to indicate which beverage you would like to imbibe on?

My favorite drink is 'Kickapoo Joy Juice', but you kind folks are too young for such a thought provoking monstrosity.

('Kickapoo Joy Juice' is an old comic book favorite, if they're old enough, they'll love that question.)

If ya really wanna git wasted, try a B-52 thrice. (3 times).

Kin ya handle a worm? It comes with the bottle. (Tequila).

    etc., etc., etc.

    Source(s): Been there, done that.

What can I get you to drink?

You can be singular or plural in this phrase. Plus it's family so you shouldn't have to be super formal.
