Can someone help me find some examples of book reviews?

I recently started back to school after being out of over 20 years and am totally lost on how to even begin.

    try www.goodreads.com for examples, if you search any book then chances are people will have posted their reviews on it; for instance, here you can see some reviews of 'alice in wonderland' http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/13023.Alice_in_...

    these reviews will be more casual, so if you're looking for a more formal writing style you might look on the websites of newspapers- bigger newspapers will usually have a category for book reviews :)
