No. Pacquiao has shown that he is willing to take on bigger fighters. As for Manny's promotional team, I think they are scared to match Pacquiao vs Mayweather. They don't want their cash cow to lose a fight and end his string of highly publicized victories.

Funny how everyone says Pacquiao is the one scared now since he had a sub par performance against Marquez. I don't think Pacquiao is scared of Mayweather ,but i think Bob Arum is scared to let Pacquiao fight Mayweather ,that is why Arum makes it seem like Mayweather just so happened to be scared of Margarito ,Cotto ,as well as Pacquiao ,which all 3 just happened to be Arum fighters.

Yes this fight has been delayed for an extremely long time but I think both sides had their stategic reasons for dragging their feet. However!! Today I think Mayweather would actually fight Pac, but it probably wont happen because Team Pac has determined that it would be smarter to delay a "risky" Mayweather fight and make a few more million on Marquez (fight # 43 and growing).

some have surmised that neither of them seem to truly want to fight the other. manny still has a pending lawsuit against mayweather, knowing damn well floyd is likely not going to fight anyone who is suing him, and manny chose not to file legal action against anyone else who accused him of steroids, as far as i know.
